"Save your time — roaming didn’t work at all"
I paid for roaming before traveling abroad, but once I got there I had no data whatsoever. I tried restarting my phone and checking the settings, but nothing worked. save your time and don’t rely on this if you need internet while traveling.

"Promo code finally worked after a couple tries"
The promo code did end up working, but it took me two tries to get it to go through. I also kind of felt like nobody really read my message, which was a little frustrating, but at least the code worked in the end.

"I paid twice and the credit still…"
I paid twice and the credit still never showed up on my phone. So now I’m out the money and still can’t use the service? Make it make sense. Really frustrating experience

"Refund came through, but not super smooth"
I did get my refund in the end, but it took longer than I expected and I had to follow up twice before anything really happened. It makes me a bit unsure about how reliable their process is, to be honest

"Been using it for a while now"
I switched to Lebara a few months back, mostly just to try something cheaper and see how it went. I use my phone a fair bit when I’m out and about, checking maps, playing videos, scrolling, that sort of thing. I’ve taken it on the train quite a few times too, which is usually where I notice issues with other networks. So far though, it’s been smooth. The data speed has actually been really good, better than I expected, and I haven’t had any major slow downs. Happy with it overall.

"I’ve been using the Lebara app for a…"
I’ve been using the Lebara app for a while now, and it just feels easy in a way I really appreciate. I can check my data, top up, or change my plan without getting stressed or having to dig around. It hasn’t frozen on my phone either, which makes me trust it more. Everything is pretty much where I’d expect it to be, so I don’t feel frustrated using it.

"Works okay, but keeping a signal is a hassle"
It works fine when I’m in town, but the signal drops way too often when I’m at home or traveling. It’s not terrible, but I feel like I have to keep moving around or messing with it just to get a decent connection, which gets annoying. I just wish it was more reliable

"I went with Lebara because the deal was…"
I went with Lebara because the deal was really easy to understand. The price, data allowance, and how long the offer lasts were all shown clearly instead of being buried somewhere in tiny print. They also made it clear what happens after the promo price ends, which I appreciated. If this is how they lay out their offers in general, I wish more companies did the same. So far, no guessing and no nasty surprises, just simple, clear information, which is exactly what I wanted.

"Allowance tracking feels a bit unreliable"
Lebara’s signal has been fine for me and the price is decent enough, but keeping track of my remaining data and minutes is frustrating. The app sometimes seems to show old usage or takes ages to update, so I’m never fully sure what I’ve actually got left. There’s just something about it that feels a bit behind. I’ve had to guess a few times, which isn’t ideal. It really needs to be quicker and more accurate.

"Canceling Was a Hassle"
I tried to cancel my contract it was way more difficult than it needed to be. They kept passing me around, and even after all that, I still got charged. It was really frustrating, and I’m not planning to use Lebara again.

"I use Lebara to check my plan and..."
I use Lebara to check my plan and top up when I need to. The login’s been reliable overall, I think it was a bit slow once, but it worked after I refreshed the page. It’s not perfect, but it’s better than some other mobile sites I’ve used. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Activation took way longer than it should have"
Ordered a SIM thinking it would be a quick setup, because that’s what the site made it sound like. Nope. Activation took hours, and I had to restart my phone a ridiculous number of times just to see if anything had changed. Support wasn’t exactly speedy either, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. It did eventually start working, but for something that’s supposed to be simple, it was way more annoying than it needed to be.

"Good for calling family abroad"
I mostly use Lebara for international calls, and the rates have been decent. When I call my family, the line is clear most of the time, which is what I mainly need it for. It’s not perfect in every area, but for the price, I can’t really complain. I mean, as long as the calls go through and don’t cost too much..

"Good for the price, but not perfect"
I’ve been using Lebara for a while it’s decent for what you pay. It’s definitely cheaper than a lot of other networks, so I don’t feel like I can complain too much. The data allowance is good enough for everyday use and calls are usually fine. That said, the signal can be a bit hit and miss where I live, which gets annoying sometimes. Customer service also isn’t the fastest if you need help. So yeah, if you just want a cheap SIM and aren’t expecting everything to be perfect, it’s good value. But if signal is really important to you, then maybe...

"Finally, a phone bill that doesn’t mess me around"
I’ve been using Lebara for a few months now, the bills have been exactly what I expected. No random extra charges, no sneaky nonsense, nothing weird popping up out of nowhere. I’m actually happy with it, though it does make me angry thinking about how other companies blame customers while quietly adding fees.

"Number transfer was surprisingly smooth"
I moved my old number over to Lebara and, i was expecting the usual hassle and probably an apology for delays or something going wrong. But it was actually much easier than I thought. I entered the PAC code, got a few texts keeping me updated, and by the next day my number was working fine. No messing about at all, so I’m really happy with how it went

"The site worked fine for me most of…"
The site worked fine for me most of the time, and I was able to find the plan I needed without too much hassle. It also loaded decently on my phone, which was nice. That said, some parts were kind of annoying because the communication wasn’t very clear. When I was checking details or moving through checkout, I had to click back a few times just to figure out what was going on. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely could be smoother and less confusing.

"I regret going with Lebara. I had…"
I regret going with Lebara. I had an issue with my SIM and tried reaching out a few different times, but it felt like nobody actually wanted to help. The live chat kept me waiting forever and then just ended, and when I emailed, it took days to get a reply that was clearly copy-pasted and didn’t even address my problem. It’s still not fixed, and I’m fed up with chasing them. The plans might be cheap, but I’m starting to feel like I got what I paid for.

"Affordable, but frustrating"
It’s definitely cheap enough, which is nice, but my signal cuts out way too often. Sometimes my data just randomly stops working too, and it’s getting “annoying” at this point...

"eSIM worked right away"
I chose Lebara because they offered an eSIM, so I didn’t have to wait around for a physical SIM card to arrive in the post.
The setup was really simple. I got the email, scanned the QR code, and because everything was sent digitally, my phone was connected within a few minutes. No hassle or confusion.
The signal has been good so far, and my old number transferred over without any problems. Since it all worked as expected, I’m happy with it.
